The Hon. Jacqueline Lucci Smith was sworn in as judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law Number 2 on April 5, 2007. The Hon. Tom Sullivan, former judge of Harris County Civil Court at Law Number 2, administered the oath of office, with assistance from Judge Smith’s husband, Richard, and her parents, Dr. Joseph A. Lucci Jr. and Joan E. Lucci.
