Travis Sales passes the gavel to Barrett Reasoner.

Barrett H. Reasoner of Gibbs & Bruns, L.L.P. took up the gavel as the 2009-2010 president of the Houston Bar Association at the organization’s Annual Dinner Meeting, held May 14 at River Oaks Country Club. Reasoner succeeded Travis J. Sales of Baker Botts L.L.P.

The gala evening was dedicated to the accomplishments of the HBA and its members during the past year. Sales presented the President’s Awards to outstanding committee and program chairs for 2008-2009, and the HBA honored its emeritus members who reached their 50th year of practice during the last bar year.
