Robinson Takes Office as HBA President

Rocky Robinson, a partner at Andrews Kurth LLP, took up the gavel as the 2004-2005 president of the Houston Bar Association at the organization’s Annual Dinner Meeting, held May 20th at the Houston Country Club. Robinson succeeded Michael Connelly of Connelly • Baker • Wotring • Jackson LLP.

The gala evening was dedicated to the accomplishments of the HBA and its members during the past year. Connelly presented the President’s Awards and Special Recognition Awards to outstanding committee and program chairs for 2003-2004, and the HBA honored its emeritus members who reached their 50th year of practice during the last bar year.
